What excited you about becoming a PCC? 

Leavey's community shaped so much of my own path, and becoming a PCC is my chance to pay that forward by being the resource for other students that I wish I'd had earlier in my recruiting journey.

What is your favorite career advice you’ve received?

"Recruiting is a long game; play it like one." The students who succeed aren't necessarily the most polished on day one; they're the ones who stay consistent, stay curious, and don't let a few rejections define their trajectory.

What is one piece of advice you would give to students looking for internships?

Start with relationships, not applications. Reach out to people doing work you find genuinely interesting, ask thoughtful questions, and let the opportunities follow from those conversations.
