Full Advisory Board Profiles

Ed received his MBA from SCU in 1968 and has been a member of the LSB
Advisory Board since 2005. He retired as Amdahl’s CFO and has since made a
career as a board director and Audit Committee Chair for Sonicwall, Aviat
Networks, Xbridge Systems, Glovia International, InnoPath Software, ReachLocal
Inc., ShoreTel, Entefy, and various Fujitsu subsidiaries. He irregularly shoots his
age in golf.
