Forbes Family Conference Center Configuration

Three seating configurations for Forbes are available: standard, square, and theater style. Please use the following methods for setup requests:

• Reach out to Dukes Business Service Center in the following cases:
  • Events taking place in Forbes during the Center’s open hours during the months of October-May
  • ONLY standard configurations
• Reach out to University Support's Event Services Team who can support the following:
  • Any booking during the months of June-September.
  • Any configurations outside of these three options
  • Tables need to be removed
